Maddie Massaro has been promoted to an assistant coach for the Roosevelt softball program after serving this past season as the team’s graduate assistant, Lakers head coach Michele Alexander announced Monday.
Roosevelt’s softball program placed four student-athletes on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team, the organization announced Tuesday.
The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference released its 2023-24 spring All-Academic teams this week, and 33 Roosevelt University student-athletes were present on the lists.
The Roosevelt softball program one-upped itself from last year with eight student-athletes earning Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, the organization announced Wednesday.
Five Roosevelt players earned honors from the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Wednesday when the league announced its all-conference honors.
