The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference released its 2023-24 spring All-Academic teams this week, and 33 Roosevelt University student-athletes were present on the lists.
Cristian Martinez repeated as the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference’s 5,000-meter racewalk champion to lead the Roosevelt delegation at the CCAC Championships in Joliet on Saturday.
Roosevelt made its final preparations for the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships count Saturday by winning three events at the ONU Outdoor Invitational hosted by Olivet Nazarene in Bourbonnais.
Cristian Martinez came out of the starting blocks flying in his outdoor season debut, leading the Roosevelt men’s track and field team to a ninth-place finish at the ONU Tiger Open on Saturday in Bourbonnais.
Roosevelt participated in the revitalization of the Chicagoland Championship hosted by Elmhurst University in Elmhurst on Friday and Saturday.
