Women's Tennis Falls to Saint Francis 6-1 in CCAC Conference Match

LOCKPORT, Ill. – The Roosevelt University women's tennis team lost to the University of Saint Francis by the score of 6-1 in a CCAC Conference match on Wednesday, April 6 at Challenge Fitness in Lockport, Ill.  The loss dropped the Lakers CCAC record to 0-2 and the complete match results are below.

Maria Rivas had a strong day on the court, winning her singles match over Denisse Lizano 6-2, 7-5.  She also teamed up with her sister, Fabiola Rivas, in doubles, knocking off the Fighting Saints pair of Maria Kuzminskaya and Lizano 6-1.
