Men's Soccer Opens CCAC Conference Season with 2-0 Loss to Cardinal Stritch

GLENDALE, Wis. – The Roosevelt University men's soccer team opened the 2021 CCAC Conference season with a 2-0 loss to Cardinal Stritch University on Wednesday, September 15 at The Bavarian Inn in Glendale, Wis.  The loss dropped the Lakers overall record to 0-2-1 and their CCAC record to 0-1 on the year.

The Lakers fell behind early in the contest with the Wolves taking a 1-0 lead in the eighth minute.  Cardinal Stritch upped its lead to 2-0 with just over two minutes left in the half and both teams were unable to find the back of the net the rest of the way.
