Men's Soccer Can't Keep Pace with CCAC Conference Leading Governors State

CROWN POINT, Ind. – The Roosevelt University men's soccer team lost to Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) leading Governors State University by the score of 2-0 on Monday, March 21 at the Crown Point Sportsplex.

The game was even statistically throughout, but Governors State took a 1-0 lead on the Lakers in the 28th minute on a goal by Efrain Davile. The Jaguars increased their lead to 2-0 on a penalty kick by Hamzat Sanni in the 62nd minute that would account for all the scoring in the game.
