Lakers Bowling Finishes Eighth At Boilermaker Classic

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Roosevelt men's bowling team finished eighth among the 12 teams who competed at the Boilermaker Classic on Oct. 29 and 30 in Lafayette, Ind. 

Junior Jordan Crackenburger led the way for the Lakers with a score of 940 over five games, good enough to finish in 30th place as an individual. Anthony Andrade had the best showing of his young career with a 776 in four games as the freshman finished 60th in the field. Senior Danny Callahan was the third-highest ranked Roosevelt bowler with a 668 for five games. Freshman Mathias Hunt bowled three games for a cumulative score of 539 and just one pin separated junior PJ Waul with a 521 and senior Torry Atwater with a 520.

Roosevelt will return to the lanes on Nov. 12 and 13 in Davenport, Iowa for the Leatherneck Classic.
