Patton Fitzpatrick joins the Roosevelt coaching staff in 2024 as the co-special teams coordinator and linebackers coach.

A native of Arlington Heights, Fitzpatrick joined the Lakers after spending the last four seasons coaching against Roosevelt in the Mid-States Football Association. In 2023, Fitzpatrick was the linebackers coach at St. Francis (Ill.) where he helped the Fighting Saints set school records for fewest points and fewest yards allowed. Prior to arriving in Joliet, he was the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Judson for two seasons. He was a graduate assistant for the Eagles in 2020 after playing four years at the University of St. Thomas where he won three conference championships and reached the NCAA Division III quarterfinals twice.
